In 2010, as the Pad Tight house was nearing the end of it's run, several members found a new place at 714 E. Chestnut St. With several new roommates, they decided to start having shows and take advantage of the lack of neighbors in several directions of the place. Right off the bat, they had a bit of success, with the downstairs living room being the only houseshow since the 1980s that Agnostic Frontpics has taken part in.
