Armando's Palace

Armando's Palace was formerly the Bard Theater on Bardstown Road, just north of Taylorsville Road. Conceived as a night club - several pretty big (at the time) bands like Katrina and the Waves and Uriah Heap played there as well as some local acts like The Blinders, The Intentions, and ModernHeirs. Like most everything else in this city, it was torn down. The location is currently a Hollywood Video franchise.
