Formed in 1999, the CPC is a secret society that has reigned supreme over the Louisville scene for years, and you didn't even know it. They clean their plates religiously and terrorize the bar hoppers on Bardstown Road with their scooters. They are well-armed and carry a reputation for rock-n-roll, libation, and hostility.
