A clique of bored and obnoxious teenagers. Spawned many ridiculous projects, including Ayin. Still exists as of July 2005. Responsible for putting up thousands of "GOD IS A PLASTIC DEER" flyers.
Might as well stand for FINGER BANG CREW but was often claimed to stand for FLYING BATTERY COLLECTIVE.
