Japanese Seizure Robots was going to be a one time melding of all previous and former members of the Kodan Armada, regardless of personal feelings towards one another at that point. I think at the time it was briefly discussed it would have been between ten and fourteen people, abusing the hell out of really expensive instruments while dressed like Ultraman with way too many strobelights to be healthy.
Thankfully, it never became reality. The sheer amount of seizures induced by JSR would have made Pokemon look like The View.
