John "Evil" Cassity

AKA, The Basement Man. When questioned why his nickname was "Evil" he would say it was the same reason that you called a fat man "Tiny." Lived in the basement of 319 and was kind enough to allow for basement shows. Was in the Lexington-based movie, Zombie Planet. Has most recently been sighted stumbling out of a sketchy liquor store on Northside.
