On the captain's first appearance, he got so drunk of whiskey that he passed out on my floor, leaving a drawing of the Sandwich Bird on the wood flooring (it transferred because of his sweat seeping through his costume), and briefly lifting his head to puke, only to lay his head in it. the puke ended up all over the suit, and the suit wasn't washed for over a year. - Bryan Volz
