Louisville's premier and long-standing psychobilly band. Was previously known as The Parlor Tricks from 2008 - 2010. Along with performing originals, Vice Tricks also performs old-school punk covers and covers of older Louisville bands such as Dead City Rejects. Performed with a wide range of bands all over Louisville and throughout the Midwest too!
Biography
Forming from the ashes of prominent long-running Louisville Punk bands, Vice Tricks began as a way to combine our love of melodic 50’s-60’s Rock & Roll & Rockabilly with the energy of 70’s Punk Rock. Along the way have carefully crafted, carved, and botched our sound into something unique. By mixing the deep growl of the Upright Bass with a couple of dirty guitars we’ve developed Vice Tricks into the chaos machine that it is.
