Now known more for his culinary skills than his musical skills, this fellow was very busy for a few years in the early 2000s. Formerly head chef of Third Avenue Cafe and know head chef of Amici', and also serving as an advisory board member for a new vegan diner in Washington, D.C., he spends most of his time outside of work racing mountain and fixed gear bicycles.
