The Revenge of Ricky Williams is a female-fronted rock band who describe their music as “Party Punk.” They were formed in February of 2009 and are based out of Louisville, KY.


Pam Newman and Taylor White began playing together as a duo in 2008, performing acoustic covers at open mics around Louisville and Southern Indiana. With goals of playing rock music that made people get out of their chairs, they sought a bassist and a drummer.

In late 2008, a connection was made with Dave Bacheldor, who was a friend and ex-co-worker of Taylor’s. They played together for a while, and realized they couldn’t play the kind of shows they wanted without a drummer.
From late 2008 until June of 2010, Pam and Taylor played with drummer Clinton Kelley, bassist Kevin Hines, and keytar virtuoso Evmenios Poulias.


In the late winter/early spring of 2009, the band placed an ad on Craigslist for a drummer with the title, “Drummers! We want YOU in our rock band! (We DON’T play country!!)”
In June 2010, the band's roster underwent a dramatic change as Pam, Clinton, Kevin, and Evmenios split to pursue alternate interests.


After a few responses of people the band found to be uninteresting characters, Clinton Kelley responded to the ad with a response of, “Well, well, what an interesting ad. I am a drummer with about 7 years experience. I’m 24, like to party, love to play drums and would love to be in a band that doesn’t play hardcore metal, country or southern rock covers.”
Taylor White, the main creative force behind The Revenge of Ricky Williams, remains. He is currently recruiting new band members to replace the ones lost.


And from there, in late February of 2009, the core of The Revenge of Ricky Williams was established!<br>
Although the faces will be different, the soul of the band, and its vision to deliver fun and awesome rock music, will always be here.<br>
