The conflicting personalities within the band and external pressure from Caroline finally caused Kinghorse to implode in the summer of 1992. While the band lay dormant, the legend and mystique of the `Horse continued to grow. In 1994 the Slamdek Record Company with help from the former members of the band, compiled a discography of Kinghorse's unreleased demo material. The disc contained two sessions of demos from the never recorded second Caroline album and one session of their first demo recordings from 1988. Collaborating on this CD reignited their interest in the band, which led to 3/4 of the original lineup reuniting with a new bass player to give it another shot. Many shows, drunken disasters and a near-riot later, Kinghorse again self destructed in 1996. - Noise Pollution
