Trademark existed in 1997/early 1998, and was basicly another band, [[Madison]], after kicking out a member and changing the name. The band played primarily at [[Sparks]], and had more than a few intense, fun shows.  Members went on to play in [[By The Grace Of God]], [[Drifts Get Deeper]], [[32 Frames]] and [[Christiansen]].

"Trademark is and always will deal with existence. Existence that deals with conflicts on an everyday level. We deal with these conflicts through our music and attitudes. There is no bullshit in trademark. We are real life. We are the spawn of the very basis of existence today. We come to shows to let our frustrations out, and transform it into what you hear and what you see. How do you deal with existence?

We are TRADEMARK. Who are the fuckin' tough guys now?" - from the Shandle Records comp.
