Is still alive.  Currently he is facing a possible prison sentence or at the very least crippling fines. That's not a joke. I am totally going to spend the next few months squeezing farts out of an unripe percimmon as I await the hammer to fall.  Don't believe what they say about "white collar crime" either, in prison everybody's black.

Louisville's metal conscious. Went AWOL suddenly and was not heard from for several years. Described by friends as an "explorer" by trade, he has been spotted at a few of his old band mates shows in the past year.
