The Zodiac Club (at [[118 W. Main]]) was one of the first nuclei for the Louisville scene. Before this place opened, there was a lot going on, but the connections made because of this place laid the groundwork for tons of bands and collaborations since then. The Zodiac Club (at 118 W. Main) was one of the first nuclei for the Louisville scene. The doors eventually re-opened under different management, under the name City Lights, closed again, opened again under new management and a new name, The Mercury Paw, which, you guessed it, eventually closed also.
