Spinelli's is a Louisville based pizza shop and gathering spot with multiple locations, including one in Tempe AZ.
Spinelli's Fifth Street:
This location (RIP) at saw the most punk, hardcore, and art shows and gave us cultural touchstones such as 'Don't Mosh Into The Pizza Warmer'. It unfortunately shut down in 2020 when business dropped off thanks in part to COVID-19 [1].
Bands to play at 5th street:
- Knocked Loose
- Miracle Drug
- Belushi Speedball
- There's so many... someone else can start stubbing this out
Spinelli's on Baxter:
The original location has seen some shows here and there, including one of the first hardcore shows in town when things started to revive from COVID. They started booking more shows around 2002/2003.
