The Endtables were one of the first punk bands in Louisville, existing from 1979-1980, and running in the same circles as The Babylon Dance Band. Members could often be found at Louisville's first "punk house" on Bardstown Road where the Taco Bell is now.

The band played a reunion show at South By Southwest as part of the WFMU showcase on March 18th, 2011. There was another reunion in town as part of the Cropped Out festival on September 27th, 2013.
