-Is still alive.  Currently he is facing a possible prison sentence or at the very least crippling fines.  That's not a joke.  I am totally going to spend the next few months squeezing farts out of an unripe percimmon as I await the hammer to fall.  Don't believe what they say about "white collar crime" either, in prison everybody's black.
