Weapons played their first show at Return of Zombie Prom, October 2005 at The Brick House with Ultra Pulverize. Weapons consisted of the same members and many of the same songs as it previous incarnation as The Heat, with the exception of a distinct new sound formed by Jon Cook taking over duties on the drum kit.
