The Machine was a venue located in St. Matthews in the east end of Louisville during the early/mid 90s. The venue was crafted out of the remains of a lazer tag facility, and was quite large. It had formerly been known as [[CD Graffiti's]]. Weekly shows brought in kids from all over the area, and the parking lot was frequently teeming with kids, much to local residents dismay (St. Matthews has a bunch of stuck up older folks). When the venue closed, St. Matthews enacted strict ordinances to ban that kind of place popping up ever again.
