Since the late eighties, and up until the birth of his first daughter Eva in 1999, Thommy was very involved with the local scene punk and hardcore scene. He is now married, the father of three girls and works as a Web designer. He is also part of a local graphic design group called The Safe Media Company.

Fun facts:
- Thommy's hand appears on the back of By The Grace Of God's "For the love of indie rock" E.P.
- At the first Krazy Fest Thommy played on stage with 3 different bands. The Enkindels, Automatic and Grade. With Grade he played the Chain Of Strength cover with them becuase there drummer didn't know it.
- Thommy also played drums in "The Initial All Stars", which was a band made up of different members of bands on the label Initial Records. This band consisted of Scott Ritcher, Duncan Barlow, Chris Higdon, Mark Brickey and Jonathan Mobley. This all came about in late 1995, before BTGOG and Elliott. The band practiced only once.
