Scott (aka K. Scott) Ritcher formerly had a huge involvement in the scene, mostly through his Slamdek record label (a full account of which is available in his book, Slamdek A To Z). He fronted numerous bands including Sunspring and Metroschifter as well releasing some solo albums. After stints living out of town, he now resides in Louisville again, and still runs K Composite.
