Once a hard hitting drummer, Phil left town to pursue his studies into Russian culture and language.
Phil started in the legendary Louisville metal band, Onslaught. He then played for several years in The National Acrobat, but began to study Russian language and literature. After a couple of trips to Russia he decided that school was more important than making The National Acrobat into a baggier monster. He quit and thus the band ended. Phil will be living and studying in Heidelberg, Germany until August 2006.
