Downtown address of the The Zodiac Club, City Lights and later The Mercury Paw. Historically, this block is/was known as 'Whiskey Row' due to the wrought-iron-fronted buildings being used for a long time as a storage area for whiskey/bourbon as it was loaded and unloaded along the Ohio River. During the 70s-90s, this block and surrounding downtown Louisville area became run down and in some cases practically abandoned, which was a perfect formula for punk venues. Besides the clubs at this address, Sparks was right across the street during the 90s/early 00s.

As of 2023, the location is a fancy collection of hotels, tourist bourbon experiences, and restaurants that borders the Yum! Center and would certainly not enthusiastically host any punk or hardcore shows.
