House on the corner of 6th and St. Catherine shared by several dirty kids and several not so dirty kids who formerly inhabited the Mallgate apartment. Lots of dumpstered bagels and shoplifted food held the kitchen together. Toward the end of it's tenure, the sink was falling off of the wall and everybody on the third floor was sick from Adam's feet, a broken window, and a general lack of sanitation. Several members of bands from 2001-2003 and the years shortly beyond inhabited the house during that period. There were no shows, but the house briefly served as a practice space for Kodan Armada until the police were called. Mark Shepherd recorded some bands in this space as well, most notably the unreleased Abscise songs.
