Hardtimes was a newsprint zine in the mid to late 90s which had a lot of pointless drivel (at least to kids under 21), but also had features on things that would matter to the under 21 crowd, such as Scott Ritcher's Sell Out Louisville Style column, and a column by Sean Garrison Reviewer Greg Wells was notoriously hated by most of the underground community for being brutally honest about bands and their recordings around Louisville. Gotta love him.. Later became known as Burt magazine.
