An electronic pop band from 1998 to 2001...played a lot of fun shows. Particularly memorable was bonding with the locals the Kilowatthours, Ousia, Four Fifty Six, Gertrude, Of Asaph, and the Aasee Lake. We also got to play with neat 'big' bands we enjoyed like the Shipping News, Papa M, Smog, Tarentel, Cerberus Shoal, Isotope 217, and Chicago Underground Duo. Many memorable times and funny stories abound.

Many records plans with Ghetto Defendant and others fell through, but we managed a split CD-EP with our friends from Chapel Hill, V.Sirin (ex Gertrude; think of anxious vocals combined with the incredible noisy pop of the mid 90s with that sloppy no wave/post punk vibe of the late 70s/early 80s; think Pere Ubu, Pavement, the Talking Heads, Archers of Loaf), on Jeremy Irvin's lovely Landmark Recordings. I'm sure you can get it dirt cheap from him. Also, we were on one of the Louisville is for Lovers albums, 2002 maybe?

We both joined Parlour in 1999 as fans of the music and past things Tim did musically with Crain, Cerebellum, Aerial M, and the For Carnation so that made it difficult to focus and be productive. Todd is not rocking, just baking, which is kind of rocking if you think about it. I still waste time and money making music and wouldn't have it any other way.
