Named in the song "Bardstown Road" by Pope Lick, this member of the Louisville Police Department was instrumental in ruining punk/hc fun in the late 80s/early 90s by harassing kids wandering around the highlands. He, moreso than any other cop, was responsible for The Parking Lot on B-town Rd across from the fire station to become a barren wasteland, and nolonger a viable meeting place for punk types.
