From Louisville Punk/Hardcore History
The Highlands Neighborhood Youth Board was a city sponsored board of, uh, youths that essentially led to the formation of Brat Magazine. The HNYB were responsible for a series of shows at the Douglass Community Center circa 1995-1998.
