Liz Palmer

Liz Palmer moved to Louisville at age 19 in 1995. She was the founding editor of Brat Magazine, then started the independent political bookstore Verbivore, then was a founder of the original The Brycc House. She was involved in numerous human rights issues and took on organizing the Southern Girls Convention and the PAZ (Permanent Autonomous Zones) Conference. She worked as a local writer and graphic designer while finishing her degree.

She is currently teaching at duPont Manual High School and raising a son with her husband, Jamie Miller.
