A former resident of Elizabethtown, she moved to Louisville, sang in bands, and worked at the Bardstown Road Kinko's for a while. Later worked at the Downtown Kinkos.

Sam left Louisville, moving to Cincy and marrying a neo-nazi piece of shit. She's the connection that got Straight Laced on a nazi label compilation. After being run out of town, they took up residence in Lexington, KY. They were in the process of turning the bar that Sam worked at into a nazi bar (per the old adage about having to 'nip it in the bud immediately'), then either were run out of town or left before things got messy, ending up in Pittsburgh.
