OPEN Community Arts Center, also known simply as OPEN, was a small space across the street from Cardinal Stadium (and not far from the bar that used to be Tailgater's) largely active in the 2010s. As the name implies OPEN would serve as a small art gallery but also had several folks living at the small compound.
