Surface Noise is a record store based on Baxter Ave. But it's more than just a record store - it's also a gathering place with opportunities to take in an art show, poetry reading, or occasional music. Helmed by Brett Ralph, it's the best place to go in town to pick up some interesting records, have some interesting discussions, and see phone poles covered with old punk/hc flyers.
