Born out of [[The LAVA House]], The Mammoth is/was a warehouse art space on 13th, not far off Broadway. Tucked back into an industrial area, artists and musicians can do what they do with little neighbor interaction. The Mammoth did sporadic shows through ~2012-2015 or so. Originally built as a warehouse for the Union Army in the Civil War era, the building hosted a number of companies through the years. Due to it's age and condition, the city shut down events at the space around 2018.
