Kangaroo was formed in 2005, initially as a continuation of the defunct [[Stop Motion]].  Broke up in 2007, prompted by the departure of bassist Trip Barriger.
Kangaroo was formed in 2005, initially as a continuation of the defunct [[Stop Motion]].  Broke up in 2007, prompted by the departure of bassist Trip Barriger.


Members of Kangaroo are or have been involved in many other bands including [[Stop Motion]], [[Vo La Tik]], [[Hotel Roy]], The Broken Rhythm, [[Squijit]] (later [[Sequoya]]), [[Nowhere Fast]], [[Spite 36]], and [[G'Noggin]].
