Mark Anthony Mulligan can frequently be seen on Bardstown Road or on the 23 or 17 TARC. He is a cheerful man who calls himself "retarded" and produces obsessive works of art constantly. He enjoys performing improvised songs and has a few regular songs in his repertoire, including the infamous "Louisville Song." He performed once with Red Nails at the Brycc House and has also performed at open mic night at The Rudyard Kipling. No one in Louisville deserves fame and fortune more than Mark Anthony Mulligan. And no, he is not "just like Wesley Willis."
