It is in the historic Portland neighborhood of Louisville, not very far from Unique Thrift Store. It is co-owned by Aron Conaway, Hallie Jones and several Portland Residents. The Hall used to be the center of the Democratic machine in Louisville and served as a social meeting Hall for the locals. It served at one time as a theater and also hosted many Vaudeville Shows.
