My involvement w/ Camps (up to now):<br /> | |||
I attenteded and photographed a number of CAMPS shows since their inception, pledging to do so since they are good kids, I liked their stuff, and because I unfortunantly missed every show their old band (Dr. West) played. At some point, I started taking their tambourine and dancing around, especially during their WHN cover. Jokingly, the band called me a member (the tambourine player). Around late December '05, Shakes up and left town for California for a while, with two shows scheduled for January. So, I stepped up to the plate (although i was very busy) and attended 3-4 practices and played two shows with them - one at The Compound and one at Old Louisville Coffee House. Shortly afterward, I became too busy with school and trying to get my own bands together, although I pledged my services for one more show as a fill-in. Jake ended up moving to bass, as Shakes didn't seem to be interested. Who knows what the future will bring. Let's go Camping. --Bryan Volz 02:17, 27 February 2006 (EST) |
