The Birchwood Palace is a charming, inexpensive turn-of-the-century house and creative collective in Crescent Hill that has primarily been inhabited by artists and musicians since 2000.
Residents have included Jake Heustis (Cabin, Adventure), Nate Sturdevant (the Blowup in Japanese, Nate the Viking featuring Dave), Andy Sturdevant (the Blowup in Japanese, the Rednails), Noel Javier, Katie Beach and others.
