he Green Lantern is a bar/venue in Lexington, Kentucky. Though it hosts bands of all genres, the venue has been notable for hosting many metal and punk bands over the years, the stoner, doom and sludge genres in particular. Along with live bands and not too dissimilar to most bars it hosts karaoke. Leans more heavily into punk with a lot of the Lexington/Eastern KY punks hanging there. Several Louisville bands have played there.

While the building dates back to the early 1950s as a local pub it began hosting shows for touring acts and locals within the Lexington scene as far back as 2009 with the likes of Chico Fellini, The Seedy Seeds and Wussy among early performers in that era. The Green Lantern has also hosted various fests, notably the punk rock animal benefit fest called "Up The Pups".
