In effort to work directly with close friend and former bandmate Jeff Drake on a musical project again, Roman Grey devised a plan in the Summer of 2004 to locate musicians in the Kentuckiana area interested in enhancing their abilities to offer some compositional support and performance efforts to -the suffix, a musical interpretation of anxiety, confusion, and solitude. The idea was simple. Compositional material would be produced primarily in an electronic medium, reducing redundancy of compromise on a conceptual level, before being translated to true instruments for performance. During the second half of the process, members were to designate concentration on more specific complexities of the soundscapes, mostly in effects and dynamics and not as much with rhythm or pitch. The product would parallel groups like Mogwai, Sigur Ros, and Godspeed You Black Emporer.

Enrollment for the project is a continuous effort. For more information, please contact Roman Grey.
