The Zodiac club was one of the first nuclei for the Louisville scene. Before this place opened, there was a lot going on, but the connections made because of this place laid the groundwork for tons of bands and collaborations since then. The doors eventually re-opened under different management, under the name City Lights, closed again, opened again under new management and a new name, The Mercury Paw, which, you guessed it, eventually closed also.

The Earthquake Party was held here.
