A punk house at 1617 Story Ave, where ~8 people lived. It was named after a small concrete bear in the tiny front garden/yard space. They started having shows in July 2006, the week they moved in. The house averaged about 3-4 shows a month until July of 2007 when they had last show. The house was still inhabited by a revolving door of wacky cast members for another couple of years, but sadly..a noise complaint shall never be made again.
